Description:

The Baghira style was created by thomas12777:

Please direct any questions, bug reports or requests to the original author.

This rpm has been built and tested on Mandrake 10.1 with KDE 3.2. Older versions and source rpms are available at sf.net.

Note: To quickly switch between Aqua and Brushed styles, start bab from the KDE menu (System/Other) or from the konsole.

If the download fails with a "Not Found" error, please try a different mirror or try again later as it takes a while for all the sf.net mirrors to get updated.

 How do you download?

Aargh, this is driving me grazy.
I have the Realplayer plugin installed and when I click the link it starts to open realplayer and the result is a black screen.
If I try to download the link I get the *.php stuff.

That's probably kicker configured to stay on top of the screen with a small size. Just keep playing with the kicker configuration until you get what you want :)

 KDE 3.2 problems

 by javaman67 on: Feb 2 2004

I just updated my Mandrake 9.2 with the latest KDE 3.2-0 rpm's from Mandrake Cooker and there is a conflict with Baghira and Knotify. I changed to the Plastik theme and the problem went away.

This rpm hasn't been tested with KDE 3.2, although Baghira should work with 3.2 it might need a recompile or maybe some other Mandrake specific fixes. I could post the source rpm (srpm) on sf.net and you could compile your own binary rpm if you want to, until KDE 3.2 and Mandrake 10.0 are officially released.

 compatibility issue

Baghira has to be compiled with the
same QT version that KDE is
compiled with.

I've included the SRPM for KDE 3.2 or Mdk 10, and I'll release a binary rpm for it soon. To build a binary rpm, first make sure you have all the needed development packages installed (qt, kde, etc) and then run:

rpm --rebuild source_rpm

Your binary rpm package should be in /usr/src/RPM/RPMS/i586 if everything goes well.
