Description:

This is a set of widget styles for Qt4/KDE4, KDE3 and Gtk2 based apps.

0.49 is the first version to have a Qt4/KDE4 port. This version may be compiled with just Qt4 - in which case the KDE4 control panel config dialog will not be built. See the INSTALL file for more details.

The fonts and colours for the GTK themes will be read in from your Qt settings - so any KDE font/colour changes will also affect your GTK apps.

**NOTE:** The Gtk3 release has been removed, as the Gtk theme API has changed!

NOTE: kde-look.org had a server crash, and the original QtCurve entry was deleted.

Changelog:

KDE4
====

1.8.14
------
1. Fix loading of kwin decoration/config under KDE4.9

KDE3
====

1.8.5
-----
1. Allow scrollbar sliders to be as thin as 5 pixels. At this setting, sliders will be squared.

Gtk2
====

1.8.16
------
1. fix memleak with newer versions of cairo.

This is a personal preference I'm having an issue with, but I'd wager there's probably a few other people who feel the same way.

When the "Agua II" style (or any other "Max-Rounded" style) is selected, certain lists will have the default or currently selected item underlined. It's especially visible in system settings and configuring QtCurve itself. I recognize that others might want it... --with that said... errm... I _HATE_ that @#$%!-ing underline. In fact I _really_ hate it... ...and I've searched up and down in the config to find some way to turn it off. Is there a way to make that underline go away? Thank you. :-)

In "Default button" -> "indicate with", can you add the ability to "set a custom color" as we can do for sliders and scrollbars, please ?
Thank you very much for your answer !

I forgot an ask : Is it possible to get the progressbar animated on the GTK2 version ? I tested with :

engine "qtcurve"
{
animation = TRUE
}
}

but it doesn't work.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Craig,

you certainly know the Animations in the Oxygen theme. Do you think that it's possible for you to port them to QtCurve?

thx Michi

 Flashing when set submenu delay to 0

(Not sure if this is the right place to report bugs)

The submenu is flashing when moving the mouse on the parent menu button if I set the submenu delay to 0.

 Bug/Glitch

I have the following problem while using the QtCurve widget: Clementine's hover/seek indicator displays choppily and glitchily (bug report here: http://code.google.com/p/clementine-player/issues/detail?id=2539)
It only happens with QtCurve, which is my favorite by far, except for this. An advice?
