Comix flat style for KDE 3.2+.

I hope this adds a little more fun to your desktop.
Thanks to all the authors of previous styles published for KDE. Please read AUTHORS, README and TODO.

Use the styles configuration button to overwrite the contour drawing color.
Use KDEs ControlCenter "Colors" dialog to adjust buttons- and highlight-color as well as the contrast.
Use kcontrols window decoration config-dialog to adjust title alignment and border width.

Also check the corresponding cursor theme at: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=32627

Have fun.

 Is this possible?

Is it possible to give a option to specify a custom color to toolbar and menubar and that color is differ than the other part of the window background color? For example I'm trying to give look and feel similar to the 3rd screen shot of this: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=16497
(There tool bar and menu bar having a dark color while standard windows background having light color)

Hi! I just downloaded your SuSE 9.1 rpm and installed it with command: rpm -i 16046-comix-1.1-1.i586.rpm. But I cannnot see your listing in the Style/Window Decoration. The installation gave no problem. What could be the problem?

hi, did you download that rpm here http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=16046? Maybe eagle knows about this. Just to be shure:
- you have a SuSE 9.1 box?
- you have kde 3.3 installed?
- you have been root when installing comix?
- files /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/comix.la, /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/comix.so, /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/kstyle_comix_config.la, /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/kstyle_comix_config.so, /opt/kde3/share/apps/kstyle/themes/comix.themerc exist?

hi anupamsr,
i figure the rpm requires kde-3.3. If you want to use Comix with kde 3.2 you will need to download the sources and compile them on your own.
You can get the kde-3.3 RPMS from your favorite SuSE mirror in .../i386/supplementary/KDE/..., download them and install them with "yast2 -i ./*" or install KDE development packages and "./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3 && make install".
And it's a style only, no windec.

Is there any chance that you could make the "extra" up-arrow in scrollbars optional? I'm really not a big fan of it, and it seems to confuse gtk-qt. :)
